Application direction

A portfolio is a board.

Each holding is a wager. Each position size says something about conviction, habit, timing, concentration, fear, greed, avoidance, or neglect.

How it could work.

1. Enter holdings

Start with US equity tickers and share amounts.

2. Answer questions

Clarify goals, time horizon, tolerance, liquidity, income needs, and constraints.

3. Review exposures

Look for concentration, possible imbalances, and risks hiding in plain sight.

4. Consider paths

Receive an educational report with possible rebalancing paths over months to a year.

5. Record the decision

Write down why a path was chosen before outcome bias rewrites the story.

6. Revisit later

Come back to learn from what happened, not just whether the result felt good.
